So this morning’s task try removing broken head bolt which is stuck managed to drill through the centre all way through then put heat down bolt for a while which hopefully releases the thread sealer then slowly got it running out it came 😎

So cylinder heads of the gmc pick up only to find a broken head bolt looks like fun to get out 🤦‍♂️ then to see it’s fit...

So cylinder heads of the gmc pick up only to find a broken head bolt looks like fun to get out 🤦‍♂️ then to see it’s fitted with the crap 706 cast cylinder heads which crack leak coolant into the oil so of for pressure testing there be scrap.

GMC 1500 in for a quick transmission filter change fluid flush. Engine oil & filter change & find coolant leak simple job now turns into a nightmare with coolant mixed with engine oil🤦‍♂️
