Jaguar xf in for diagnostics today. Vehicle had lack of power and mass airflow fault codes. Smoke testing the intake system not only showed the fault it also saves hours of diagnostic time. Making us here at TRS MOTOR SERVICES more efficient and getting the customer back on the road

Dear customers,

this is just a notice to let all existing and new customers know that TRS Motor Services will still remain open during the second lockdown.

Although during this current situation it is proving difficult to order parts, due to companies closing down. However, we are still trying our very best to accommodate all customers needs!

Both the health and well-being of our team, our customers and their families is of the upmost importance to us.

We have always prioritised the safety of our customers,and in these uncertain times, this is no different. That’s why at TRS Motor Services we are practicing and enforcing best practices for social distancing and self-isolation in the midst of COVID-19.

At TRS Motor Services we are making every effort to minimise the threat, whilst ensuring the company’s ability to maintain fundamental operations and continue providing services to our customers.

This includes:

• Ensuring employees receive regular updates on new operating procedures aimed at protecting our colleagues, customers and the business
• Increasing the frequency of dealership cleaning and disinfecting surfaces such as doors, phones and desks
• Increasing the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitisers and hand wipes within the business
• Regular disinfection of car handles, gear k***s and steering wheels
• Introduction of a no handshake policy across the Group
• Installation of posters to reinforce good handwashing practice
