This M140i came into DDG Manchester with a nasty misfire. After carrying out a full diagnostic, we traced the issue to a charge-cooler coolant leak.

We got straight to work and carried out:

This MK5 Golf 2.0 TDI was Stage 3 tuned by DDG Manchester over 4 years ago, and it has been driven hard and enjoyed ever since with zero tuning-related issues.

This SEAT Ateca FR came into the workshop for our DDG Stage 1+ Package, and the results speak for themselves.

As part of the upgrade, we installed a decat downpipe to improve exhaust flow, helping the engine breathe more freely. After custom calibration on our dyno, the Ateca left producing significantly more power and torque than it did from the factory, with sharper throttle response, stronger acceleration, and a much more exciting driving experience.
