Good Morning,

Where to start?…

This has taken a day or 2 to write as we don’t want to believe it’s actually true but we wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has reached out over the past few days. Your messages, support, and kindness have meant more to us than we can put into words.
As many of you now know, we got caught up in a devastating fire involving next doors unit at our warehouse and have lost everything. It’s been an incredibly painful and overwhelming time, and we are genuinely heartbroken & gutted.
We’ve needed these past few days to begin processing what’s happened and to start clearing off some bits.

We’re so sorry if we haven’t responded to messages — it’s not that we don’t appreciate them, quite the opposite. We’re just taking a little time to catch our breath and organise ourselves.
We may be a bit quiet for a while as we work through this, but please know how grateful we are for each and every one of you. Your support truly means everything right now.
I don’t know where we actually go from here and if it’s even possible to keep the business going but I think we need to take a little time out to work out our next move

It was great to catch up with the usual gang at the Volvo Breakfast Club this morning. Always a good day out, can’t thank Kenneth & Kevin for organising such a welcoming bunch. Interior is in very good shape overall, for age, some minor wear to drivers bolster but no rips or tears. One small crack in the wood trim

Car has the 2.5 20V 5 cylinder engine producing 170BHP this was the top of the line NA engine and used for many years.

It is paired with the aisin Warner 4 speed AW52 Automatic with Winter, Sports and Economy modes. This gearbox was used across all automatic 850s and carried over into the 70 series cars until 1999 it is known to be a reliable, solid unit.

Exterior finished in paint code 416 Turquoise

Paintwork presents well for age some minor scabs on rear passenger side doors and minor scabs on front wings where the mudflaps are but it is worth mentioning the front wings are very solid in the usual rust prone spots towards the front of these wings.

Roof mouldings have some peel which is common for these cars.

Tyres are all legal with plenty of tread, matching toyos on the rear and budgets on front.

Set of 4 15 inch alloys with centre caps present well for age with only minor kerb rash and age related marks

Has front set of wind deflectors that can be easily removed if desired.

The Volvo 850 was the first of the highly successful p80 platform of cars incorporating Volvos advanced delta link rear axle for impressive handling vs many other fwd cars it was also the first Volvo to use the somewhat legendary Whiteblock 5 cylinder engines which was developed from the Whiteblock 6 cylinder engines Volvo used this engine for many years.

Car is located in Manchester, first to see will buy. Nice 90s time warp

Our Volvo 940 Turbo we are using to test & learn about more modified parts is nearly ready for its first day out. Our aim with this is to gain as much knowledge about performance parts through trial and error & to put items through a tough test. She does need to be christened with a new name , please share your suggestions and don’t forgot to like your most favourite one. The more inventive the better

Our latest fixer is this lovely Volvo 240 estate. None starter, turned out to be the fuel pressure regulator. Whilst she was here she had a new Bosch Crank Position Sensor & Fuel Filter
