Unfortunately due to a knee injury at work Friday thats got worse over the weekend i am unable to stand let alone work apologies for any inconvenience but cannot be helped if I could get in and work i would takes a lot for me not to.open hopefully back tomorrow or will get someone in temporary
Most customers are great and understands however one has just had a full on strop saying it was booked in nearly two weeks ago for a service if only I could see into the future then my knee wouldn't be like it is and id be able to walk .

Will update more later when ive been seen
Actually thought he was going to ask for a sick note he said he will book in somewhere else cant win em sll

This ad is in my local pub.
And brings in more customers from both the ad itself and recommendations i am that confident of my work that I can repair your car sell you a car and be in the same pub drinking without seeing a you walk in and be concerned .
Call it big headed but its not its confidence in a job well done and at the right price .

Tge way i keep the costs down for customers is by charging trade price for parts and charge an honest price for an honest job hence being so busy however still get some that when you give a quote they moan its too expensive you wont find cheaper firstly also people find money for holidays expensive clothes etcbut thays ok .here is the thing that car you dont want to spend money on to get you from a to b mostly to earn you money that £60 repair is too expensive so dont repair it then when you cant get to eprk or the airport or even to some designer outlet then you appreciate the car .

This is not about any of our customers as we dont have bad customers but its based on many years in the motor trade .so when someone says they can get it done cheaper i laugh as I dont know what garages are not putting a corner on price of parts either rrp or 20% etc seems im the stupid one for not adding extra to parts cost maybe my labour rate should increase lately everything has gone up i just paid 50p extra for onions on my burger 🤣
