VW amarok in for Brakes all round due to alot of travel on the brake pedal. Rear shoes need adjustments every so often to keep performing at their best but sometimes need new parts.

Honda Civic front brake disks and pads, also rear brake pads replaced this morning! Repaired a few other defects from the MOT as well while I had the car including a light lens and a few bulbs.

Rear brake pads, disks and calipers replaced on the mercades ML320 cdi. Brake caliper was starting to stick and caused the brake to stick on at times and ruin the brake pads, also worp the discs so all new parts fitted and some new fluid as well.

Brake disks on the front and pads all round replaced on a kia picanto today, also need to go back and replace a 02 sensor and air filter due to MOT failure on emissions and the brakes will now be sorted.

Couple of jobs from this week, a full service on a peugeot 207 and a set of brake pads front and back on a ford transit.

The service replaced the oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter and cabin filter. Also checked every fluid on the car along with a mechanical safety check of suspension etc. As shown in the image the cv boot on the driveshaft had split so i have arranged to come back and replace this for the customer at a later date.

The brake pads on the ford transit are very simple job and able to peform the job at the customers job in abridge. I can work around people and there needs or buisness needs to keep there cars on the road at all time.

Timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, coil and rocker cover gasket replaced on a 1.4 seat leon. Timing belt was due and also had a leaking rocker cover which filled cylinder 4 spark plug hole with oil which killed the spark plug and the coil.

Service on a mercades c180 compressor and some work on electric buggys.

Full service on the mercades includes oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, cabin filter and check of all other fluids.

The work carried out on the ezgo buggy's for a local golf course, it was not powering on when pushing the petal so diagnosed as a faulty solenoid and while i was there i replaced the leads as they were abit old.

Few jobs from last week!
Kubota u27 both top rollers replaced on the tracks.
Diesel gator steering rack replaced as the old unit had failed.
Ezgo golf buggy crashed and lost front right wheel so replaced the steering rack and the hub assembly on this.
