West High Street Garage is a busy and reputable independent garage that prides itself on providing high quality, timely and reliable service to its customers.
An opportunity has arisen for a Service Receptionist to join our friendly front of house team.
We are looking for someone who will pride themselves in providing exemplary customer service and basic bookkeeping with the ability to achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in the role, you will be highly organised, conscientious and have an excellent work ethic and a positive and professional attitude. All training will be provided.
The role will involve working closely with colleagues and vehicle technicians as part of a cohesive team to ensure operations of the garage run smoothly.
Duties will involve but are not limited to:
• Greeting customers
• Taking service bookings and dealing with customer enquiries
• Invoicing and job estimates
• Ordering Parts
• Allocating jobs to technicians
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary.
The role will be full time work between 9:00am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
