Elliscars Driver Training Elliscars was founded in 1950 by Rufus Davies with the driving school originally being based in Exeter Devon. We cover all aspects of driver training.

We are now based in Hampshire and cover Portchester, Fareham, Gosport and the Lee on the Solent area.
