Exciting news! 🚗📚

I've recently completed my 2 day Train the Trainer course with Inspire instructor training.

I'm always looking for ways to improve my skills and provide the very best training and continuous learning is so important and finding the right people who help with this is equally as important.

Looking forward to the next chapter and helping PDIs become confident Instructors.

A fantastic 1st time pass today for Lyla!

As I stepped in to help Lyla ahead of her test while her usual instructor was away, I quickly realised that the biggest thing she needed was confidence and belief in her own ability.

With A-level exams as well as her driving test to think about, she had a lot on her plate, but she handled it brilliantly. I'm incredibly proud of her achievement today.

Driving isn't something Lyla has fallen in love with just yet, but hopefully today's success will help her confidence continue to grow. Even the examiner commented on what a lovely drive it was and said that she simply needs to believe in herself more.

Congratulations, Lyla, a well-deserved pass! 🚗🎉

A fantastic 1st time pass Grace and you absolutely smashed your parallel park. More importantly you remembered to breathe and treated the test just like another lesson.
What an amazing early birthday present for yourself! I’ve really enjoyed watching your confidence grow and seeing how far you’ve come.

What a fantastic end to the week, especially for Rachel on passing her test 1st time at Lee on solent.
There's been no rush to get to this point and took as much time as we needed to make sure we had plenty of practice, going over and feeling comfortable enough and confident to be ready for today.
I've really enjoyed our lessons and adapted to find a way to build up your confidence which was very self doubting, now believe in yourself, you can do it! And you've showed this today.
Big thankyou to your mum for taking you out which definitely helped and will make it easier now going alone!

This is why I love my job. Every single day we work towards changing our pupils’ lives.

After driving for over 30 years, I know just how much of a difference confidence and independence can make to someone. Not everyone is a natural driver and that’s okay. Some people simply need extra support, patience and someone who truly believes in them.

Watching pupils grow in confidence and achieve something they once thought was impossible is one of the best parts of what I do 🚗💙

The biggest congratulations 🎊 Lisa for doing something today that was completely out your comfort zone and coming away as a full licence holder!
Absolutely loved being on this journey with you! From our first lesson we chatted like we had known each other forever and it made a relaxed environment for you to take control of your driving.
Couldnt be prouder and more pleased for you!
