In case you were wondering, today's engine picture was one of these.

This beautiful Ferrari 365 was prone to getting a little hot headed. A bespoke made twin electric fan cowling was fitted and I've made up a new wiring loom to integrate with the original vehicle wiring, switching the fans on via relays to keep the extra load of the new fans away from the original wiring. This beautiful Ferrari now keeps her cool 😁

Never a dull day here at Bright Spark Towers. This 1969 Piper Formula 3 car had lost its sparkle. Quickly diagnosed and found to have a failed ignition amplifer, a conversion to replace the original distributor points and condensor. New parts ordered and fitted and sparkles well and truly restored 😁.

I recently carried out a lot of work wiring up spot lights, fitting extra fuseboxes and instruments to this 1974 Mini, so I was a little concerned when the customer called to say that it had gone up smoke. Luckily, it was found to be caused when the wiring loom was trapped under the head after a recent head gasket change. Phew! Loom now rebuilt here at Bright Spark Towers and waiting to be refitted and tested.

The Audi Quattro Rally Car project is making good progress now. The dashboard is fully loomed up, labelled up, with custom built relay board, integral fuseboxes and ready to plug into the existing vehicle wiring loom. Watch this space!
