This ALFA ROMEO 6 C 2500 SS Berlina Limousine was first registered on November 29, 1951. The engine and chassis numbers match those from the original delivery.

It is the sought-after, high-performance, and very rare 3-carburetor version with 105 hp / 77 kW at 4800 rpm, and a top speed of 155 km/h. In 1965, it was registered in Fribourg, Switzerland, to a doctor who is also the last registered owner.

The vehicle then underwent a complete restoration, which included not only the body and interior but also all the mechanical components, including the engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical system. This has been fully documented with photographs. The car comes with registration papers, including a German individual approval and an H-license plate inspection.

A fresh delivery inspection is, of course, included.

Overall, the car remains in excellent condition after its older restoration and is of exceptional quality.

This very rare bus is a genuine German built 23 windows, which was supplied new to the German Embassy in Mexico City as their Minibus, they sold it in 1969. There is a birth certificate to show its authenticity. The interior has been kitted out by a cabinet maker in American Walnut and it looks superb. Rock and Roll bed, central table, cooker, USB connectors, Bluetooth, amplifier, speaker system, and full sunroof. Also, it has been fitted with a brand new 1600 updated engine. It completed a trip from Chicago to Santa Monica in 2016 via Route 66 by the last owner before he shipped it to the UK. A 23 Window Split-Screen Samba really is the quintessential Type 2 and it’s not often you see one out and about. While ‘iconic’ is an overused word, a Samba is certainly worthy of such an accolade, and this is a very presentable example.

1959 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint upgrade to Veloce Specification. Rust free after spending its life in South Africa with one family across three generations.
