Apprenticeship in Action at AJH Automotive

It’s fantastic to see our third-year apprentice Callum stepping up and showing our first-year apprentice Oliver the ropes.

Today, Callum has been helping Oliver carry out a full vehicle inspection and health check before the vehicle goes through its full service.

This is exactly what apprenticeships are all about — learning, sharing knowledge and developing the next generation of technicians. Callum is now at the stage where he can pass on the skills and knowledge he has developed during his time at AJH, while Oliver gets valuable hands-on experience and guidance from someone who has been in his shoes.
