all areas. We are happy to carry out all repair from electrical to mechanical, we can carry out full diagnostic fault code reading and repair on faults stored within the vehicles control units. We can also carry out air conditioning services, repairs and decontamination. This Range Rover Evoque was with us recently for a gearbox oil leak, and with the vehicle already up on the ramps, it gave us a great opportunity to have a thorough look underneath while we had access. 🔧

Gearbox oil leaks are one of those things that can develop gradually and go unnoticed for some time. Low gearbox oil can cause serious damage if left unchecked, so if you ever notice spots of oil under your vehicle when parked, it’s always worth getting it looked at sooner rather than later.

The Range Rover Vogue SE, always a pleasure to have in the workshop. 🔧

Here’s Mark getting stuck into a full service and cambelt replacement on the 3.0 V6 diesel… a big and important job that absolutely cannot be ignored. Cambelts have a strict replacement interval, and a belt that lets go without warning can cause catastrophic engine damage in an instant.

It’s one of those jobs where you really don’t want to cut corners - the right parts, done properly, by people who know exactly what they’re doing. Shame it’s such a big repair, but that’s what we’re here for! 💪

This Range Rover Evoque was recently with us for a timing chain repair… one of the more involved jobs we carry out here at Broadfields, but well within our wheelhouse. 🔧

The timing chain is a critical part of your engine. If it stretches or fails, the consequences can be severe and very costly. Common warning signs to look out for include a rattling noise on a cold start, a drop in performance, or a warning light on the dash. If any of these sound familiar, don’t leave it.

This one really made us smile. Brian has been with us since 2022, back when we were still at our old garage… and he has trusted us with his Discovery 4 ever since.

Three oil changes, two services, and three trips to Greece and back later, she’s still going strong at over 130k miles. That’s exactly what proper, regular maintenance can do for a high mileage Land Rover! 🙌
