Vehicle Detailer / Paintwork Technician Wanted
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Vehicle Detailer / Paintwork Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for vehicle presentation, and experience in vehicle valeting, detailing, paint enhancement, and minor cosmetic repairs.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out high-quality interior and exterior vehicle cleaning.
Complete full vehicle valeting and detailing services.
Perform machine polishing and paint correction.
Remove light scratches, swirl marks, and other paint imperfections.
Undertake stone chip repairs and minor paint touch-ups.
Prepare vehicles to a showroom standard for sale or customer collection.
Apply waxes, sealants, ceramic coatings, and other paint protection products.
Clean, restore, and dress wheels, tyres, plastics, and exterior trim.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Ensure all vehicles are completed to a consistently high standard and within agreed timescales.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in vehicle detailing, valeting, SMART repair, or paintwork enhancement.
Be experienced in using machine polishers and professional detailing equipment.
Possess a good understanding of automotive paint systems and various paint finishes.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Be capable of working independently and managing workload effectively.
Be reliable, hardworking, and professional in their approach.
Have a genuine passion for cars and vehicle presentation.
Desirable Skills
Experience in paint correction and enhancement.
Stone chip repair and minor cosmetic paintwork experience.
Knowledge of ceramic coating application.
SMART repair experience.
Requirements
Full UK driving licence preferred.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
