Starting a new Fiat Ducato build the right way.

Before the camper conversion even begins, this van has had a full hot Dinitrol rustproofing treatment from new. That means every vulnerable cavity, seam and underside section has been properly protected before it ever sees real road use.

Why do this first? Because once the camper conversion is complete, large areas of the van become inaccessible. Rust protection is one of those jobs that is far better done early than regretted later. Starting with a clean, untreated shell allows the coating to bond properly and gives long-term protection against moisture, salt and road grime.

Absolutely stunned at completed results from yesterday’s Navara. It’s been lot of work but it’s turned out great with hot wax after scaling and chemical rustproofing. It shows it’s all about the preparation and following process properly.
