We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Controller.
The successful candidate will:
1. Order and receipt of all Parts for the Site.
2. Record all Parts orders and receipts in both financial and operational terms.
3. Monitor the performance of parts suppliers and advise the Manager of any issues.
4. Obtain parts for vehicles due for repair in order to ensure that target completion dates can be met.
5. Produce clear and precise orders for parts from the information received and ensure that all orders are documented accurately.
6. Chase outstanding parts daily.
7. Ensure that all parts are invoiced to every job.
8. Responsible for the return of any parts to the supplier.
9. Responsible for ensuring that all supplier deadlines are met
