Established in 1990, XL Motors is a British Standard Approved Repair Centre offering accident repair, MOT, servicing and mechanical repairs, delivering a complete all round motoring service. With 12+ manufacturer approvals, including Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Lotus, BMW and Mini, we are proud to be an industry leading repairer through continual investment in training and technology.

⭐ The Role:

⚫ Strip & rebuild mechanical, electrical and trim components
⚫ Repair to manufacturer & Thatcham standards
⚫ Work collaboratively within a structured, high performing team
⚫ Maintain high standards

⭐ Ideal candidate:

🔴 ATA / NVQ Level 3 (training provided if required)
🔴 Industry experience & diagnostics knowledge
🔴 Strong work ethic & team player
🔴 Full UK Driving Licence

⭐ What We Offer:

⚫ £40K–£46K basic
⚫ Weekly attendance bonus + monthly efficiency bonus (OTE £55K)
⚫ 28 days holiday + birthday off
