Another trade job for a local BMW specialist that we support.

G05 M50D with the 3L QUAD turbo that produces 394BHP. Some car. However, they come with some bills. Majority of any engine work is an engine out job. With this one however, they had a 2DC200 code that they could not shift, even with new sensors etc.

The ECU was removed. Benched it for a full back up. We used our pre made bench cables for this one as the pins are so delicate to ensure the work carried out safely and correctly.

DTC OFF solution applied successfully and no more warning lights. No more fault codes. One seriously relieved customer. On our way 20 minutes later.

Trade job today for a garage we support. They had a customer that had a BMW G11 750i Japanese import. We performed a NBT EVO region conversion to Europe including a Sat Nav update to 2026 maps & also activated full screen Apple CarPlay. This means the customer now gets UK radio stations and everything is as a UK car would be. No ETC card prompts etc

To ensure maximum safety and stability throughout the flashing process, the vehicle was connected to a 70AMP battery support charger, maintaining the correct voltage levels at all times.

Aaron contacted me to fix out an issue on his BMW X3 G01 20D. The maps were corrupt on his NBT EVO unit. We performed a full NBT EVO unit upgrade along with the latest map pack and the activation of Full Screen Apple CarPlay.

To ensure maximum safety and stability throughout the flashing process, the vehicle was connected to a 70AMP battery support charger, maintaining the correct voltage levels at all times.

Ryan reached out as he wanted to upgrade his BMW F31 335D with Full Screen Apple CarPlay and the latest BMW ID6 interface.

His vehicle was running an older NBT EVO software version (ID5) , so we carried out a full head‑unit update to bring it up to NBT_EVO_Y, unlocking a smoother, faster system with the newest features available.
