Xing brought his GR86 back for some more Fensport love! 🔧

If you’re planning to take these engines on track, an oil cooler is an important upgrade to help keep oil temperatures under control.

So, we fitted an HEL oil cooler to keep things running cooler and more reliably under hard track use.

The GR86 is now ready to hit the track! 🏁🔥

Xing brought his beautiful GR86 in for the full Fensport treatment, including a Killer B oil pick-up and Cusco baffle plate. As you can see, the stock pick-up was already starting to fill up, so a worthwhile upgrade for anyone pushing their car hard! 🔧

We also fitted a set of PBS ProTrack pads, getting the car ready for some serious track-day fun. 🏁

Arron brought his imported BRZ to us for one of our NA tuning packages — and the results speak for themselves.

Our package includes a Mishimoto low-temperature thermostat, AVO UEL manifold with sports cat, Blitz air filter, and an EcuTek custom remap to bring everything together.

The result? A completely transformed driving experience, with sharper performance, improved response and, most importantly, the dreaded torque dip removed.

Track-Ready GT86 🔥

William brought his GT86 in for our NA tuning package, along with fresh spark plugs, an oil cooler and a replacement clutch — getting it ready for serious track use!

The AVO UEL catted manifold helps remove the infamous torque dip while still keeping the car capable of passing a UK MOT emissions test.

An oil cooler is essential for track use on these cars, with high oil temperatures being one of the biggest risks to reliability.

To finish it off, the Xtreme clutch provides superior holding power and the durability needed to handle repeated abuse on track. 🏁

Marc brought his stunning GT86 Aero in to us with a coolant leak — and it turned out to have two of the most common GT86 issues we see: rear wheel bearing failure and a radiator split in the lower corner.

This is exactly why we can’t always give a fixed price for rear wheel bearing replacements! 😬 This was one of the worst ones we’ve come across, and you can see just how badly the bearing seizes into the hubs.

We replaced the radiator with one of our Koyo OEM radiators, fitted a new rear wheel bearing, and Marc was soon back on the road ready for the journey home to Newcastle — issue free! 🙌

We had a very special visitor today at Fensport. Pete Mason popped in on his way to Cadwell to get a Cusco carbon strut brace for his MR-S K Swap!! 🔥🔥

Cillian brought his stunning BRZ into the workshop for a serious upgrade, swapping out the AVO turbo kit for the incredible HKS GT-III RS turbo kit. 🔥

To handle the extra power, we also fitted a Stage 2 Xtreme Clutch, giving the drivetrain the strength it needs.

The HKS kit looks absolutely unreal under the bonnet, and the car is every bit as impressive to drive.

Mapped using Ecutek, 750cc Injectors, 3 bar map sensor and closed loop boost control via 4 switchable maps, allows precise boost control, a must for RWD cars to maximise traction!

The extra power has completely transformed it, and it absolutely flies! 🚀
