Update…And the phone lines back!! 😇🤩

While ET is trying to phone home and has managed to knock out the town’s internet, please be patient with us.
We are still open and working on vehicles, so please continue to bring in your booked in vehicles as normal.
We will update the page as soon as the lovely Fiona is back online.

Update……the phone lines back 😇🤩

The joys of modern technology……🤯

Unfortunately, we currently have no internet.

Which means our lovely receptionist Fiona is unable to make or answer phone calls or take card payments.

We’ve been told to expect it to be back up and running this afternoon, so please be patient. Sadly, this is something completely out of our control.

Please can we kindly ask you to be patient whilst trying to get through to the garage. Poor
Fiona is doing her best. Please give her time to answer.

We are a small garage that’s currently extremely busy.

We’ve two phone lines coming into our garage. One that the lovely Fiona uses to book in customers and a second that allows our mechanics to contact suppliers, so they can order parts without disturbing Fiona as she’s talking to customers.

If you try to call, and if it just keeps ringing, the chances are, that Fiona is actually either on the other line or dealing with a customer directly in the reception. Unfortunately, as the mechanics are extremely busy trying to fix cars, we can’t expect them to constantly keep downing tools to answer the phone as nothing would get fixed.

So please be kind and respectful. Everyone is important. We’ll answer as soon as possible.

Just in case you’re missing Dave…..here he is.
You’ll have to follow page Truro or bust this week.
Unfortunately, the rest of the lads in the garage are extremely busy. Please take time to check when your MOT is due and book in with the lovely Fiona to save your slot. The work diary is extremely busy and we’re only able to carry out so many MOTs in one day. Driving without a valid MOT will cancel your vehicles insurance.

So after a little trip to the RVI last week to repair a broken leg, Daves left poor Mark and the gang the work to do. 😳...

So after a little trip to the RVI last week to repair a broken leg, Daves left poor Mark and the gang the work to do. 😳
Thankfully the lovely Fiona has the office under control whilst Mark has to pick up on the extra work.

At the moment, please do not use facebook for enquiries, as it’s usually Dave that would respond, and with him not being active currently at work, he won’t know what’s going on. Please contact our Fiona on the landline for any bookings or enquiries.

Over the next few weeks, we are very limited with the number of MOT slots which are available. Please take a moment to check when your MOT’s are due and book in with time to spare in case we haven’t any availability.

Please don’t worry about Dave, he’s fine ( I haven’t had the urge to push him down the stairs to finish him off properly) .

Good morning everyone!

If any of you have recently been into the garage, you might have noticed our lovely Dave looking rather svelte.

No need to book your next eye test sooner than scheduled.

Our Dave is currently on a busy training schedule preparing for the ride of his life.

After a drunken night playing pool in The Royal Oak, it was decided that Dave, Brian, Dean and Ian would ride their bikes down to watch their beloved Carlisle United take on Truro, with the accident prone Kipper riding in the support vehicle or on standby in case any one became injured 🤕.
