Award-winning customer service across Team iRG! 🏆

We’re proud to share that iRG has received multiple honours from Enterprise in recognition of our commitment to exceptional customer service, repair quality, and performance.

iRG Merthyr was named Best Customer Repair Partner for the South-West region. At the same time, iRG Pontypridd received a regional Net Promoter Score Award - completing an impressive NPS award hat-trick for the group following recent wins for Merthyr and Newport.

These achievements reflect the dedication of our teams across all six locations and the customer-first culture that sits at the heart of everything we do.

Celebrating our newly qualified apprentices! 🏆

A huge congratulations to Kai Gammon, Callum Roberts, and Cameron Vincent on successfully completing their apprenticeships and becoming fully qualified.

Their hard work, dedication, and commitment have been outstanding, and this achievement is thoroughly deserved. It's fantastic to see them take this next step in their careers.

To mark the occasion, they've officially swapped their orange apprentice uniforms for their new grey qualified uniforms - a milestone they should all be incredibly proud of!
