Investing in our people, every step of the way 🔧📈

Development doesn’t stop when the apprenticeship ends.

Our QT Accreditations Service Technician course has been created specifically to continue developing technicians who have completed their apprenticeships with us – building on their existing knowledge and helping them take the next step in their careers.

Developed and delivered in-house by an Audi Master Technician, the programme combines a 100+ page workbook with theory, practical exercises and assessments throughout, before finishing with a final assessment.

📸 During the session pictured, the team were working through Q-T-C-A-R-E – our own structured diagnostic process and one of the modules within the wider accreditation programme.

And that investment in development goes beyond the workshop. From our technicians progressing through QT Accreditations to our managers and leaders completing the bespoke DRIVE Leadership Programme, we’re continually looking for ways to develop our people and strengthen the skills we have across the QT Group.

Because investing in our people ultimately helps us improve what we do for our customers, too. 🙌

This Audi R8 RWD Edition 1 of just 999 was with us for an oil service, inspection and MOT.

With a car this special, it’s important that the servicing is done properly. We use genuine parts and the correct genuine-spec oils to make sure every car we work on gets the care and attention it deserves.

No staging, no fancy setups, just a few spontaneous snaps of what’s been happening across the workshops today 👇

1️⃣ JP getting stuck into a Renault Trafic conversion, with preparations underway for a SWB Skyline pop-top roof installation.

2️⃣ Our newest apprentice, Ben, watching and learning from Ant as he continues to progress through his course. Plenty of experience to learn from!

3️⃣ Ethan doing his best to hide from the camera while operating the ramp… unfortunately for him, he wasn’t quite quick enough. 😂

4️⃣ Back to JP, methodically working his way through the pop-top install process while doing his very best not to think about cracking open a cold one after a week’s graft. 🍺
