This Hyundai IX20 came into the workshop for a new clutch kit due to the current one slipping.

We supplied and fitted a new premium 3 piece clutch kit & premium fully synthetic gear oil.

We’ve had one of our business customers vehicles in the workshop due to an engine management and Ad-blue fault.

We investigated this and diagnosed it down to faulty diesel particulate filter (DPF) and Ad-blue injector.

We supplied and fitted a new DPF, Ad-blue injector and new DPF pressure pipes.

We programmed the new parts and reconfigured the De-NOx system.

The vehicle was taken on an extended roadtest and no further issues were present.

This Vauxhall Corsa Limited Edition came into the workshop for a diagnosis as there was an intermittent noise on the engine.

This was abit of a strange issue but after some checks and tests we managed to diagnose the fault.

The noise was being caused by a faulty PCV valve.

The PCV valve is housed inside the rocker cover on this engine so we supplied and fitted a new premium rocker cover & gasket.

We took the vehicle on an extended roadtested.

No further faults were found whilst on roadtest so the car was returned back to the customer.

This came in for a full service, an MOT test and 2 new inner CV boots.

This was all carried out using premium parts and fluids as always.

This Audi A4 came in for an MOT Test.

Unfortunately it failed due to an excessively worn bush on the O/S/F suspension arm and it also had an excessive diesel leak which we investigated and diagnosed down to a leak from the diesel cooler pipes.

We supplied and fitted an OE quality suspension arm and genuine Audi diesel cooler pipes.

Once we had completed the repairs we carried out a front wheel alignment check & adjustment to make sure the vehicles geometry was within the manufacturers specifications.

Here’s a Mini Cooper S that has been in the workshop for an engine management fault.

We carried out a full diagnostic check and testing and diagnosed the fault down to a faulty post cat lambda sensor

We supplied and fitted a new OE quality lambda sensor, checked the live data readings and took the vehicle on an extended roadtest.

No further faults were present and the vehicle was returned back to the customer.
