Our team effectively replaced these as requested, and the customer collected their vehicle. It later came back in for other issues. Our team had to do a diagnostic report on the vehicle to locate these issues. Our team then replaced the washer pump, drop links, AUX belt, idler pulley, and also had to have 3 new tyres. The idler pulley was a main dealer part. All of the repair work was carried out effectively, and the customer was contacted with regards to completion.
