We have been asked - quite a few times - if these Ford Tourneo Connects we have in stock are wet belt engines and NO they are NOT. These are standard timing belt diesel engines. There has been alot in recent news about wetbelt engines fitted in the Ford Customs or Petrol Peugeot Rifters and subsequent failure at low miles but, there are still standard timing belt engines out there like these!

This is a VW Caddy Life that we sold a couple of years ago and is since no longer required. Whilst they owned it they have had an automated adaption to the tailgate which now opens at the touch of the wireless remote!

So this is a 2017 and has the 2.0TDCi engine and automatic gearbox. The wheelchair conversion has been carried out by Brotherwood - who try to get as flat a floor as possible, this helps with travel sickness and the uncomfortable feeling of falling backwards (some converters have quite a gradient!). It has covered 26,300 miles from new.

We currently have some different wheelchair access vehicles that can be used as Up Front Passenger. Sometimes we want our family member or friend by our side when we are driving them around - it makes it easier to have a conversation too...

There is a side loading Ford Grand Tourneo..
There is a dedicated rear loading VW Caddy Life
There is a rear loading, fully lowered floor (so this make manouvering a wheelchair into position alot easier) Citroen Berlingo or Peugeot Partner.
