This is a 2017 Peugeot Partner Tepee with the 1.6HDi engine and automatic gearbox. Converted by Allied Vehicles, we have a lowered floor, manual ramp (which does fold flat), winch and wheelchair securing system. There are five seats (or three with a wheelchair). It has covered 39,000 miles from new and has full service history.

What should you look for when buying your first wheelchair accessible vehicle?

The vehicle itself is only part of the decision. The wheelchair conversion is just as important.

Think about how easy it is to get in and out, the position of the wheelchair, the type of ramp or lift, how the wheelchair is secured and whether there is enough room for everyone who normally travels with you.

It can be useful to sit in the vehicle and, if possible, try it with the wheelchair before buying.

If you're new to WAVs and don't know what questions to ask, that's perfectly understandable.

It has full service history including replacement wetbelt and has had one owner from new. It has 48,000 miles and is £15,950.
