🏆 CATERHAM ROADSPORT CHAMPIONSHIP RUNNER-UP! 🏁

Huge congratulations to our Williams Motorsport driver Richard Davies on a mega season, finishing second in the Caterham Roadsport Championship! 👏

The title battle went right down to the final race at Snetterton. After a thrilling fight, Richard crossed the line just 0.03 seconds behind the race winner, missing out on the championship by a single point. It really couldn’t have been much closer!

With plenty of podiums, superb drives and some fantastic battles throughout the year, Richard has given us so much to cheer about. A season to be hugely proud of.

We’re already looking forward to seeing what Richard can do next season as he steps up to the Caterham Seven 270R Championship! 💪🏁

The Caterham Academy, Roadsport, Seven 270R and 310R championships took centre stage at Snetterton this weekend, with Williams Motorsport drivers out in force for our final major team weekend before the winter break.

Henry Speeks added more silverware to an impressive season with P3 in the opening 270R race. Jimmy Wai continued his strong form in P11, followed by Shane Forster in P17, Sean Murphy in P18 and Chris Morling in P21.

Race 2 brought treacherous conditions and plenty of drama. An unfortunate incident brought Jimmy’s season to a premature end, while Chris sustained nose damage in the same incident. A rapid turnaround by the team got him back onto the grid for the restart, where he fought through to P17, just ahead of Sean. Henry remained in touch with the leaders to finish P6, while Shane secured another top-10 result in P9.

Henry finished P5 in the final race, while Sean produced his best drive of the season to take a fantastic P15. Shane crossed the line in P12, with Chris completing the weekend in P18.

In the 310R Am class, Peter Mott arrived at Snetterton fighting to secure a championship podium—and looked firmly on course after taking two superb victories. Sadly, his weekend ended when he was unsighted by an incident ahead, with the resulting damage leaving him stranded. A cruel conclusion and scant reward for what has been a truly impressive season.

With Louis Darling absent, Harry Cook flew the Williams flag in the Caterham Seven Championship UK on only his second appearance of the season. He delivered three excellent results—P7, P5 and P4—against a fiercely competitive grid.

A special mention must also go to our Caterham Academy customer Pete Holland, who followed his double victory at Knockhill with another superb win at Snetterton. Well done to all our Academy customers on another fantastic weekend of racing!

For our Caterham Roadsport driver Richard Davies, the championship went right down to the final race of the season. It was an incredible battle to watch, with Richard and Oli trading places lap after lap before Oli crossed the line just 0.03 seconds ahead—securing the championship by a single point.

A dramatic finish to a fantastic season. Huge congratulations to both drivers on an impressive year of racing!

We’ll be back with our Academy drivers at Silverstone on 3–4 October for their season finale, before the Caterham Seven Championship UK concludes a week later on the Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit—supporting the BTCC in front of another bumper crowd

Welcome back to Snetterton for another huge Caterham race weekend! 👋🏁

All five Caterham Motorsport championships will be in action, with plenty still to be decided.

We’ll be supporting seven race cars across the weekend, as well as providing driver coaching for our Caterham Academy and Roadsport drivers.

The Caffeine & Machine Caterham Academy and MOTUL UK Caterham Seven Championship UK head into their penultimate rounds, while the Bilstein Roadsport, FanDrive Seven 270R and Vertex Watches Seven 310R championships will bring their 2026 seasons to a close.

It promises to be a busy and exciting weekend for the whole Williams Motorsport team!

Insane weather conditions at Snetterton yesterday for everyone competing in the Caterham Grand Prix 3 Hour race.

Well@done to all six Williams drivers competing including louisdarling Henry Speeks Shane Forster Andy Palmer for going Solo in those conditions. Well done to Richard Davies and Tom Emson and Peter Mott James Emson for racing together.

Well done to louisdarling for second overall.

The Caterham Seven Championship UK returned to the BTCC stage at Donington Park this weekend, with Harry Cook making a welcome return to the team alongside Louis Darling.

Following some challenging wet and dry conditions during Thursday’s testing, the weather improved for the weekend, giving us two days of fast, dry racing.

Harry immediately showed that he had lost none of his pace, qualifying an impressive fourth. Louis narrowly missed the crucial tow during qualifying and started from 11th.

Early contact in Race 1 forced Louis into the pits for a tyre change under the Safety Car, dropping him to the back of the field. What followed was a brilliant recovery drive as he charged through the pack to finish eighth. Harry remained in the leading group throughout and marked his return with a strong fifth-place finish.

Race 2 saw both Williams Motorsport cars fighting at the front and challenging for the podium throughout, eventually crossing the line fourth and fifth.

Unfortunately, Race 3 proved more difficult. A trip through the gravel dropped Harry down the order, while Louis was caught up in an incident that required another tyre change.

Despite a frustrating final race, there were plenty of positives to take from the weekend, with both drivers showing excellent pace in front of another huge BTCC crowd.

There’s no rest for the team, as we head straight to Snetterton this weekend for the three-hour Caterham Grand Prix. Good luck to whoever has to keep count of the overtakes in that one! 🏁

Donington Park was the venue for the 4th round of the Caterham Motorsport Roadsport, 270 and 310 championships as well as the launch of a new generation of Caterham Academy car with 7 new Williams Motorsport racers starting their motorsport adventures.

With the all new HORSE powered cars putting in impressive lap times the Academy kept the crowds entertained throughout with Tim George getting on the podium in Race 2 for his first silverware. Elsewhere Olan Murphy showed great speed in both races in front of the beautifully liveried machine of Adam Mann, Michael Bedford, Sean McCammon and Nick Tuckett. An unfortunate coming together in Race 1 sadly eliminated Pete Holland from the weekend but the team will have his car rebuilt for the next round at Brands Hatch.

In the FanDrive 270R championship a bumper grid of 27 cars lined up for the opening encounter as all 3 races would take place in 1 day. Henry Speeks made up for a poor qualifying to take 3 top 10 results whilst Jimmy Wai fought back superbly from a Race 1 DNF to break into the top 10 by Race 3. Sean Murphy kept up his rapid rate of improvement with a pair of top-20 finishes as he battled with Chris Morling throughout. Sadly Shane Forster was the unfortunate victim of an incident at the last corner of race 1 that meant an early finish to his weekend.

The Motul 310R championship was all about Will Coope’s chase for an Am class podium but a P4 in Race 1 was as close as he could get this time out. Peter Mott had a challenging weekend as he could only register 5th in class in Race 2 either side of two DNFs.

The Caterham Academy has its next round at Brands Hatch on the 1st August where we’re looking forward to seeing more incredible racing. If you want to be on the grid for 2027 then drop Henry a message to secure your spot now!

The Caterham Motorsport championships rolled into Oulton Park this Saturday for an action-packed race day with a condensed format meaning qualifying and 3 races all in 1 day.

A bumper 270R grid had 4 Williams drivers lining up and it was Henry Speeks who chalked up a double top 10 finish either side of a 13th amidst the usual incredible tight racing. Jimmy Wai brought his beautiful Gulf liveried car home in 14th and 16th before a penalty in Race 3 dropped him out of the top 20.

Shane Forster bounced back from an incident last time out at Donington with a great performance improving on a P23 in Race 1 to move through the grid to break into the top 10 by race 3 for an excellent result.

Race 3 also saw a great result for Chris Morling as he crossed the line in 15th for one of his strongest finishes of the season.

Peter Mott and Will Coope took to the 310R grid and Peter had a great day with an Am class win in Race 1 backed up by a 3rd in Race 3. Will was hot on his heels in 5th in Races 1 & 2 before an unscheduled visit to the tyre wall in Race 3 ended his day.

In the top flight Caterham Seven Championship UK Louis Darling showed good pace despite engine issues plaguing him throughout testing. A fine 3rd in qualifying showed the speed he had but unfortunately engine issues reared their head again and an early bath.

Congratulations as well to Williams supported Roadsport driver Richard Davies who took a double victory to take his tally to 6 wins for the season and strengthen his title challenge yet further.

We’ll be back at Knockhill in 2 weeks time for the CSCUK supporting the British Touring Cars before the rest of the championships join us the week after for the penultimate round of their championships!
