Based in Bristol, our journey started many years ago as Summit Motorhomes, where we built some truly incredible camper conversions 🔧✨ Over the years, that passion led us to develop a range of specialist products, including Sprinter and Crafter GRP roof pods and side flares – products that are still being fitted nationwide to this day 🙌

With all the right infrastructure in place, the next natural step was born… Storm Poptops ⛈️
We began developing our own elevating roofs, covering Volkswagen Transporters and Ford Transit Customs. Fast forward to today and we now have nearly 6,000 roofs in circulation, supported by 50+ approved traders nationwide – and we’re still growing 📈

We have more ply lining kits going out today, both long and short wheel base priced at £120 per kit with uk delivery at £28 so if you’re interested please get in touch. All made from premium 3.6 mm ply with factory fixing holes. Can also be supplied carpeted with fir tree trim clips for another £175 if needed in any mega van mats colour 4 way stretch carpet.

Our Summit GRP roof pods have been in circulation now for over 6 years and we’ve supplied and fitted 100’s throughout the UK and Europe.

Our roof pods are the only ones which come fitted with a replacement powder coated installation frame to replace the strength of the cross members which are removed while cutting out the aperture for the roof pod. These pods are a great addition to your Mercedes Sprinter or Volkswagen crafter race vans, go kart vans or mountain bike vans enabling you to have loads more headroom in the bedroom area above your garage.
