I am devastated to share that my husband Garry Brice passed away on the 27th of June 2026 after a long battle with IPF. He was waiting for a lung transplant that sadly never happened as he contracted pneumonia. I am heartbroken and still processing this loss, but I wanted to make sure that the people who knew Garry, know of his passing. I will share details regarding the funeral and wake once they have been finalised. Thank you to all those who know already for your support.

Still feels good when something goes to plan! Drilled & tapped M4 screw holding the brake light switch, underneath a master cylinder. Thread was ropey but screw held fast.

Just a quick heads up to one and all due to ongoing health issues, (IPF - currently on the lung transplant list) I’ve taken a step back from GJB. Tim Smith (ex Protyre) is currently running things with Tony from Morpheus while I get myself sorted. For the moment I’ll be at the premises and fully intend to return and help out once I’ve got myself sorted out. Penny and I will try and keep you posted via Facebook of my progress.

Interesting little job. I was emailed by a gent in Vancouver to help with a 1946 Matchless he’d purchased. The bike had developed an oil leak, meaning it couldn’t be shipped to him. Turns out the bike had ‘wet sumped’ - its oil had leaked back into the sump. Drained out the sump, oil tank & sealed the drain bungs, plus left a large note stating it was ‘dry’, and it was ready to crate up & ship.
