Here we have a Vauxhall Mokka 1.7 in for a Stage 1 Remap, all vehicles under go a Diagnostics check and visual inspection before tuning, this is to ensure its safe and a well looked after engine.

The cars stock figures are:
130 BHP and 300 NM

After we applied our Stage 1 Tune we took this Car to a very clean and smooth :

161 BHP and 360 NM ( quoted stats 160bhp and 350nm ) so we over achieved with this one being in good health🤌🏻

Here we have a Citroën DS5 2.0 HDI in for a Stage 1 Remap, all vehicles under go a Diagnostics check and visual inspection before tuning, this is to ensure its safe and a well looked after engine.

Here we have a Volkswagen Golf 1.4 TSI in for a Stage 1 Remap, all vehicles under go a Diagnostics check and visual inspection before tuning, this is to ensure its safe and a well looked after engine.

Today we had in a Renault Traffic with Heavily Blocked DPF, so we carried out a stand still Regen and then a Filter adaptive function after the DPF Regen.

Also we had a fault for Under-Boost, instantly my thoughts are a boost leak, carried out a smoke test on the Boost System and found a leak on the left side near the EGR which was black and oily , advised to take the boost pipe off and inspect and replace to the customer if split.

60 Minute Carbon Clean treatment was carried out on this engine, being a diesel with high miles to clean any deposits off.

Here we have a super clean BMW 330D 245bhp model , the customer wanted faster and a less lazy gearbox so that is what we did…⚙️Stage 2 xHp gearbox remap! This gearbox remap has woken this 245bhp engine up utilising the power with RPM matching when shifting threw the gears for a more smooth consistant power delivery for a better drive and no more lazy gear changes!⚙️

All vehicles under go a Diagnostics check and visual inspection before tuning, this is to ensure its safe and well looked after engine and gearbox to ensure the clutch is in a safe tolerance for the software 😄

Today we had in super clean Ford Fiesta ST-3 1.6 for a diagnostics, health check and visual inspection of boost pipes.

The customer claimed he would get up to 4k RPM and it was like it has hit a brick wall in every gear, were power just drops off since he has bought it… he mentioned it had a Vudu Symposer blank kit which had the stock ford sprung clamps which didnt cut it for the turbo preasure it was producing causing air to push the blank out on an angle just a little causing loss of turbo boost , as the graph shows it speaks for its self he was right around 4k he loses the turbo preasure 😶‍🌫️

Advised the customer a good quality hose clamp to replace the ford sprung clamp and issue has been resolved full boost threw out the rev range and power ✅
