Cancelling a lesson
Pupils must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel a lesson. Less than 48 hours’ notice will mean the lesson is charged, unless it can be reasonably rearranged before the next lesson is due (at the instructor’s discretion). The lesson will not be charged i
f the cancellation is due to a requirement to isolate resulting from exposure to, or symptoms of, Covid-19. If the instructor cancels a lesson, with or without notice, the lesson will be rearranged at no charge - unless the cancellation is due to the pupil being unfit to drive, in which case the lesson will be charged. Fees and payment
Current fees available on request. The instructor reserves the right to change fees at any time, however where lessons have been booked and paid for in advance, no additional sums shall be charged. The pupil may terminate their tuition at any time, subject to the cancellation period noted above. The instructor may terminate the pupil’s tuition at his/her discretion if the pupil’s conduct falls below reasonably expected standards. In the case of termination, whether by the pupil or by the instructor, refunds of outstanding lessons will be given at the instuctor’s discretion. Instructor’s obligations
The instructor shall at all times abide by the DVSA Code of Practice for Approved Driving Instructors available here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/driving-instructor-code-of-practice
