Established in 1980, just north of Bristol, England, we decided to concentrate solely on diesel engine fault diagnosis, and subsequent pump and injector repair

Vauxhall Vivaro 2.0Cdti. Injectors corroded to the point of falling apart. Horrendous design allows water on top of the engine everytime it rains and the drain is 1/4 inch above the bottom. 30 tonne hydraulic puller pulls them out in pieces and the rest is milled out. Didn't have any photos of completed job or with puller set up unfortunately.

Bosch VE pump with KSB ready to go back on a John Deere tractor. Came in with leaks. On inspection we discovered severe air damage to timing piston and KSB piston along with other collateral damage.

CAV injection pump from 1950s Rolls Royce C.6NFL engine. The Rolls royce 6 cylinders are unique in having a different firing order of 1-4-2-6-3-5 rather than the normal 1-5-3-6-2-4.
