Finally got the Slambretta all painted! I may have used coffee for a rust effect. 🙈🤣 …really pleased with the end result.

Got so much done in this video, the Slambretta body mods are finished. Worked on the loop, front mudguard, side panel, rear light, toolbox and more!!! Getting it ready for paint!

You can’t keep them all (unfortunately)! But the Cobweb Garage ‘barn find Lambretta’ has gone to an amazing new home with Rob. And Rob has already put his touch on the scooter, and I’m blown away, looks so good!

BTW, the very dark green 150 Special (middle right) is still for sale. Had a bit of interest, but I haven’t had time to really push the sale….also, I won’t deliver it a 2 hour drive away without a deposit, or do a straight swap for a motorbike.🙈 I may possibly take part exchange for the right thing. I get the frame and some other bits painted, and the assembly starts!...but nothing goes smoothly, and lots of issues along the way.
