It's been a long time in coming, a lot of blood, sweat, and tears have gone in to this build. Many of you would have seen the "blue box" van in the buro workshop over the years, but here it is......finally finished, and looking at it now....we feel it's been well worth the effort.

What started as a crazy idea and a vision from the owner, has now been brought to life by Motoburo.

We belive this is the first 3rd generation Toyota Hiace to have been custom modified to this level in the UK.

This really is a bespoke one off build.

The wide arch body kit has been handcrafted and made entirely from metal. The smooth wide arches designed to flow and compliment the vans line's. The skirt kit compliments the "stanced out" look, and small details like the deleted front step would only be noticed if you knew these vans.

An Air-ride height adjustable suspension kit has been installed which meant a lot re-engineering work to the underside. Custom split rim wheels were made to order.

Other features like the side glass window conversion, TInted glass, a mid-bulkhead built in, rear seats installation, and the rear of the van fully ply-lined and carpeted, compliment the custom look of the van, not forgetting the period correct 80's mobile phone kit and roof aerial fitted.

The body has been fully painted in a modified Nissan Skyline "Bayside Blue" metallic paint, and a stainless steel quad exhaust system completes the look.

1965 RHD AMC RAMBLER

Finding a Right-Hand Drive (RHD) 1965 AMC Rambler in the UK is extremely rare.

Our Welding and Fabrication department set about cutting away the corroded areas and replacing with new metal.

Our welding and fabrication department have been busy working on the bed off the C10 chevy truck we have in. The bed has been disassembled, and will be shortened to match the modified chassis.

A lot of work is going into this but what a great truck it's going go be

Here's a lovely 1963 chevy c10 truck that's come in for some work.

This truck has had a lot of work carried out previously with the frame modified / shortened, Air ride suspension fitted, and LS engine fitted.

However theres still lots to do, and we have our hands full with the first task of removing the engine and carrying out chassis strengthening work, and then shortening the bed to match the modified frame.

We had this lovely Cadillac Sedan de Ville come in recently for some work carrying out. were tasked with removing the front bumper sections, so they could be sent away for re-chroming. whilst the bumpers were away, we carried out a full vehicle health check, stripped the rear brakes and fitted new wheel cylinders, and brake shoes, and carried out some checks to diagnose a faulty fuel sender unit, which we also replaced.

Here's something a little different, a lovely mk1 Toyota MR2 that came in to us for a Edit...not Gullwing but a "Scissors" doors conversion.

The "Scissors"or "lambo style" conversion kit was sourced from the USA and were tasked with fitting it by the enthusiastic owner.

We don't think we have seen another of these kits fitted to a UK car.....could this be a first ???
