2011 Hyundai i20 1.2 Comfort.

Comfort. That really is a laugh. The seats were designed around a 4ft Asian and it has all the refinement of a Liverpudlian kebab shop at 3am 👩‍🎤

The previous owner traded the car in to us as she just didn’t “love it”. I don’t think anyone ever did love the i20. They were all bought new by two categories of people:
- Miserable, penny-pinching 9-5ers who just saw “5 year warranty”
- The elderly and infirm 🦯

The spec will really excite you. Alloy wheels! Aux-in so you can bash along to some K Pop and Bluetooth which is totally useless as the road noise rides above any possible conversation 🔈

Hyundai had the cheek to name this colour “Electric Red”. They must be running on 2 volts in South Korea because it’s definitely blown a fuse or two over the years. The 123k miles are showing like Margaret’s back after three weeks in Benidorm ☀️

Interior has that unmistakable combination of Lambert & Butler and Yorkshire Terrier. Everything seems to work bar the AC which just spits out remnants of the above. There’s a very fancy button that folds the mirrors in electronically, that’ll impress your friends! 👏
