Discovery sport Ingenium week this week ,
Timing chain stretched and tapping causing engine light to come on and store a camshaft position fault , new chain fitted ( not a easy job )
On to the next one ,
If you have one of these ingenium engines with a rattle don’t ignore it get it in and sorted otherwise the engines are very expensive ,

Brook Automotive is growing, and we’re looking for skilled and motivated technicians to join our team.

What we’re looking for:

Ideally NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), but this is not essential for the right candidate.
Must be able to carry out all general car repairs, servicing, clutches, cam belts, timing chains, etc.
Strong customer service skills – we value good communication and building trust with our customers.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine passion for the automotive trade.

What we offer:

Starting wage: £120 – £150 per day (depending on experience and ability)
Self-employed basis for the first 12 months
After that, you’ll have the choice to remain self-employed or move into employment with us
