Standard bullseye, just a little video showing the 4 main stages to the repair and shows the resin working into the Bullseye.

This one is a standard bread and butter job I do plenty of these and nobody should be saying this type of damage isn’t repairable unless it’s too old and contaminated.

Sadly it happens a lot when the larger windscreen companies are also replacing as well as repairing.

Getting a fair few HGV’s now and the savings can run into the hundreds and remember I don’t sell replacement windscreens so will always try and repair whenever possible.

This Truck had picked up a rather large bullseye as you could see it even from a distance away.
Luckily it was fresh damage and it’s even more important to get these HGV’s repaired early as they seem to get contaminated more than your standard vehicle.
Decent result as you can see from the video and also no down time as can repair in site and vehicle can be driven straight after.

Star break near the edge of this Skoda Karoq.
The weren’t fresh damage and looks like it had started to spread out from the original chip so good job we got this one done.

Vehicle gets sold without delay, the dealer saves a fair bit of money and the customer gets to keep the original OEM windscreen.

If you get any in these heatwave temperatures it’s worth getting them fixed without delay.

In this extreme heat I’m getting asked if I can repair some really bad windscreen damage.

A lot I can’t do I usually ask for a picture if I’m not sure. I’ve added the 2 pictures the customer sent me in which shows how bad it was from both the inside and outside, it actually looked worse when I seen it with my own eyes.

Because it was fresh ( it happened earlier today) and the quality of the resins I’m using I’ve managed to get a very good result which as you can see from the video I took after from both inside and out it was hard to pick up now.

The customer sent the before picture in and the question was can you stop this nasty crack spreading for now until I can order a new windscreen please Rich?

The damage was fresh and out of the wiper sweep on this Audi Q7 so was worth doing.
The result as you can see was not only stopping the crack but as you can see from the after picture was barely detectable so definitely no need to order a new windscreen and money and time saved again.

Standard bullseye repair at BMW I’ve put the mirror behind so the finished repair can be seen more clearly.
You see plenty of these bullseyes still visible after being repaired usually because moisture is still in the break or the air hasn’t been fully removed from the break.

This week had offered another obstacle that’s the intense heat I can do them still but when it’s way over 30 degrees I’m trying to work earlier or later in the day to get the best results.

Also if you book a job in I’ll try to get it done within a couple of days at the most in this intense heat before the damage has chance to spread, unlike the big national company’s who book them in weeks in advance which a lot of the time is to late.

Early morning message from BMW saying service manager had picked a really bad chip up on this 75 plate company car.
Luckily I was going in anyway otherwise don’t think this one would have been possible.

The video clip shows how bad this one was and I’ve tried to pick it up after but it’s barely detectable now and with all my work there’s a no limits guarantee so have to get them right.

Really busy day catching up after a few days away in my caravan.
This was a really bad chip on this BMW 3 series but as you can see from the video it came out really well being fresh and using the best quality resins.

The video shows the damage before and after and also I’ve included a picture that shows mid stage the resin working into the break.
If you look you can see part of the cracks filled and the resin is working its way into the break.
This is why these sort of jobs need drying out properly first and when they are this bad need repairing whilst fresh.

I don’t make people wait to long like some of the big companies so got better chance to get the best results possible and don’t sell windscreens so my aim is to repair whenever possible.

Here’s some old damage that came out better than I thought on this Tesla, really nasty crack right in the corner but as you can see got a decent result.

Think it’s helped being in the shaded area, I was confident of stopping the damage spreading but managed to get it barely detectable also which I wasn’t sure beforehand and nearly turned the job down.
