We have a packed show schedule ahead of us this year - check it out 😎
With Wheels Day under our belts way back at the beginning of April, our next show will now be the RETRO RIDES WEEKENDER at Goodwood Motor Circuit, on 8th and 9th May (THIS weekend!)

If you are coming along to see us at Retro Rides Weekender, then you will be lucky enough to see this epic trio together!
We will be bringing our bossman's 1964 Ford Fairlane Thunderbolt replica along (follow for more!), as well as the chassis and engine for the epic Cobra homage we are building, and the 1940's Ford 1/2 Ton with 700bhp/700lb ft 🤩
Make sure you come and have a nose, and maybe pick up some merch whilst you're there... 😜

What better way to spend a Bank holiday than drooling over this gorgeous 1947 Chevrolet Fleetmaster?
Today, we have another instalment for you from our good friend and photographer, RedDot Media.
The Unhinged Crew here at VGSS were entrusted with the task of swapping out the not-so-original 327 from this car and installing a hot 383 crate motor from Blueprint - and that is what we did! We have also done a couple of trick mods, like installing a new, more efficient fan and radiator; made up new top and bottom hoses for the rad; and converted the rear lamps to LEDs.
We will be sorry to see this beauty go, but her ecstatic owner will have her back soon to get back on the show circuit.

Today, we have another instalment from our great friend Shem from .uk 🤩
For this collection, he has done a brilliant job in portraying the sheer beauty of the Kellison, taken when it was with us for servicing and MOT.
There isn't a bad angle of this car - it all looks incredible 🥰
We especially love the contrast between this curvy legend, and the huge shop truck, the Ford C600 lovingly named Big Red.

The time is nigh, and the Weekender is almost upon us!
On the 9th and 10th May, VGSS will attend the Retro Rides Weekender at the illustrious Goodwood Motor Circuit, alongside many other awesome vendors and car clubs, such as Belly Tank Racers, Outlaw Flat-Four VW dragsters, Lowriders, and the NSRA, amongst others. 🤩
Make sure you drop by to see us, and pick up some cool merch whilst you're with us - we will have all sorts, including VGSS tees, steering wheels, exclusive MOON EYES merch from Japan and Hawaii, and some exclusive HOLMAN MOODY merch too (packed by Lee himself!) See you in 8 days 😎

As you all well know, our proprietor Jimmy has been setting up a 1964 Ford Fairlane Thunderbolt replica for track racing, and he is currently running with the crew from Bernie's V8S.
His next outing should be on 6th and 7th of June at the prodigious Brands Hatch circuit. Make sure you come along to cheer him on! 😎 It is an event you DON'T want to miss, as it is the biggest race of the calendar - AMERICAN SPEEDFEST: FORD VS CHEVY.

As you all may know, we have a very special, limited-edition Cobra with us at the moment. This car is a Weineck Cobra, which was built in very limited numbers between 2006 and 2011 - these cars came with a Donovan 780ci engine rated at 1200bhp - on carbs!😱
We will be converting this one to full direct-port injection with a massive 50mm throttle body, and upgrading the cooling system and brakes whilst it is here, too.
This car has a full carbon-fibre body and only weighs 980kg, so needless to say, we are looking forward to the day it gets fired up and we test drive it. 🤩
Whilst he was with us for the day, Red Dot Media also capture this monster Cobra and her curves!
