So it’s almost time, as all my pupils know (!!!), for me to take a short break and head off to get married! I’ll be finishing for the week tomorrow and won’t be contactable over this weekend. I’ll be back to work for a few days next week and then I’m jetting off on my summer holidays!

My responses therefore may be slower than usual.

Dates away are 6th returning the 10th August until the 13th then I will be away returning to work on the 29th August.

I appreciate you all at this busy time while my schedule has been up in the air but I’ve managed to get you all squeezed in!

Any new enquiries will be responded to but please bear with me!

I am beginning to look ahead to the new academic year with my current pupils and their timetables and up coming tests!

I will have a space coming up at the beginning of September on a Tuesday. I will, as always, contact my waiting list first but if you are looking for lessons in the upcoming months then do pop me a message!

After a run of first time passes, I will be opening the diary to take on 1 extra pupil on a SATURDAY morning.

An early one for Josh Bennett this morning! He passed his test first time (in a super short space of time) in Wi******er with just 3 driver faults! All credit to him for the effort he put in!

Was gutted I couldn’t be with Josh this morning to see him over the finish line but I knew he was more than capable in his own car. We did a few extra lessons together over the last couple of weeks to make sure he was ready and look at the result!

I had a great time with Josh, he was always asking questions if he wasn’t sure about something and was a pleasure to teach.

Best of luck with the rest of college - I know those grade A’s are yours for the taking!!

It was a hot one for Grace Homer today but an amazing pass with only 2 driver faults in Wi******er this morning!

Grace and I just had the best time together, every lesson we were laughing and she’s been a joy to teach and get to know. Grace is such a lovely young lady who was determined to get this pass today so she could drive all the way to Cornwall tomorrow for a well deserved holiday! Well…you did it! And I’m so bloomin’ proud of you.

You’re going to be missed!

Appreciation post!

A couple of my recent test passes have just left the loveliest reviews - how lucky am I?!

Always a pleasure to help these amazing people learn such an important life skill.

It’s bitter sweet watching them pass and head off after getting to know them all so well but knowing I was able to give them a positive learning experience is such an amazing feeling!

Amy Hannon secured her first time pass today in Wi******er (first pass in the new car too 🥳) !! What an amazing drive. It’s been an absolute joy getting to know this lovely young lady and see her overcome the nerves to get this result today!

We’ve had such a great time together gossiping away with some learning along the way 🤭😂 Amy was quite nervous when she came to me but without fail she made progress every week.

Enjoy the freedom and being out in that little Fiat of yours - beach trips here you come!!

June is fast approaching (how are we half way through the year already!?) and I’m looking ahead to upcoming spaces I will have on a Thursday and a Saturday. There may be some room to be flexible for times on these days.

Roxy Jeremy’s time to shine this week! Passing her test in Wi******er with just a couple of faults!

This was a really special pass for me because Roxy has put her all into learning to drive and hadn’t previously had very positive experiences learning so I was determined to help her enjoy learning and get that confidence up! And now look what you’ve achieved! I also know how much this means to Roxy and how life changing this will be.

I’ve just had the best time in our lessons together getting to know you and see progress every single week without fail. I’m going to really miss our gossips and catch ups! You’ve been a pleasure to teach and I’m going to miss you!

And just like that Rua Gibbins-Young passes his driving test with just 1DF in Wi******er today! I am so so proud of this achievement for you after a long road to get here (thanks to test waiting times 🤦🏼‍♀️) but look at that result!

I’ve had such a blast in our lessons together and going to miss our very random conversations 😂 it really has been great getting to know you and help that confidence to grow (knew you could do it!).

Enjoy your freedom out there and enjoy all those plans for travelling the world too!
