Manitoba has declared a State of Emergency. With the COVID-19 situation continuing to evolve daily, we must adapt our ways of doing business and modify some of our usual habits in order to ensure everyone’s safety and limit the possible spread of the virus. We are considered an Essential service and will continue to be open regular business hours to serve our clients.

Here are the measures that we have implemented:

1. Our technicians always wear neoprene or latex gloves when they enter your vehicle.

2. We disinfect high-touch interior surfaces when receiving and returning your vehicle including; steering wheel, door handle, gear changer, etc.

3. Reception areas, counters, payment method equipment, courtesy vehicles, and common areas are regularly disinfected.

4. Hand sanitizer is available for use.

5. If you are looking after your kids and cannot leave your house but still need servicing, we can make arrangements for no contact pick up and delivery of your vehicle.

If you have traveled abroad in the past 2 weeks, we ask that you refrain from visiting our shop and schedule an appointment after the prescribed self-quarantine period of 14 days. Anyone with flu-like symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, etc.) is also requested not to come to the shop in person.

To help us maintain the recommended social distancing practices, we kindly ask that you leave your vehicle with us. If you need to wait while we do the servicing, please let us know when making the appointment so we can make proper preparations.

We are closely monitoring the situation and the measures taken by health and government authorities to limit the spread of COVID-19. We are committed to taking all necessary precautions to ensure your safety.
