Birchwood Collision Centre is a BMW Certified Collision Repair Centre. BMW CCRCs are the only collision repair centres that have specialized technology and tools, as well as BMW trained collision repair technicians. Only BMW certified facilities can guarantee your vehicle’s safety systems have been restored to their original factory safety specifications. Birchwood Collision Centre is a Volvo Certified Body and Paint Service centre. Volvo established Certification Requirements that repair centres must meet before being approved. These standards address the tools and equipment, competencies and training, management and facilities at each shop. Volvo Certification Requirements mean that all Volvo Certified Body & Paint Service Centre work is performed to the same exacting standards by qualified repair technicians. Honda Motor Company – ProFirst Certification
Both Birchwood Collision Centres are recognized by Honda Motor Company as ProFirst Collision Repair Facilities. In order to achieve ProFirst certification, a facility must achieve I-CAR’s highest level of training and be awarded the I-CAR Gold Class Professionals designation for their dedication and commitment to training staff involved in the repair process. The Gold Class designation is the highest training level recognized in the industry, and every ProFirst collision repair facility has the distinction of being an I-CAR Gold Class Professional. In addition to the I-CAR Gold Class designation, each ProFirst shop receives Honda-specific training through I-CAR. The training provides Honda-specific information about vehicle construction materials and general repair considerations, specific repair procedures, manufacturer’s position statements relative to vehicle repair, hybrid electric and alternative fuel vehicle repair considerations, and more. Ford F150 – Collision Repair Program Certification (Aluminum)
Both locations have officially been awarded the Ford150 Collision Repair Program Certification (Aluminum) by both Ford Canada and Manitoba Public Insurance. By completing the 2015 F150 Collision Repair Program, Birchwood has invested in the training and equipment needed to repair the High Strength Military Grade Aluminum Alloy structure and body of the 2015 F150. Birchwood Collision Centre locations are two of only a few collision repair centres awarded this certification in the Province of Manitoba. Jaguar Land Rover – Authorized Aluminum Repair Network
Birchwood Collision Centre at Pointe West is now authorized to perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on aluminum-bodied Jaguar Land Rover vehicles. By achieving Jaguar Land Rover Authorized Aluminum Repair, Birchwood Collision Centre at Pointe West has shown the dedication to deliver the highest standards of aluminum collision repair to Jaguar Land Rover vehicle owners. Birchwood Collision Centre at Pointe West is now one of only two collision repair centres awarded this certification in the Province of Manitoba. Toyota / Lexus / Scion – Certified Collision Repair Centre
Birchwood Collision Centre at Pointe West has been awarded Toyota, Lexus, and Scion Collision Centre Repair Program certifications. By completing the program, Birchwood Collision Centre at Pointe West ensures the highest standard of excellence for customers through demonstration of enhanced operations, advanced facilities, trained staff, complete process consultation, use of Toyota genuine parts, fully guaranteed repairs, and processes responsible to the environment. Birchwood Collision Centre at Pointe West is the only collision repair centre awarded all three (Toyota, Scion and Lexus) certifications in the Province of Manitoba.
