Apprentice!

No experience needed — we run a full paid training academy with certification levels, mentors, and a written90-day plan.

They’ll learn design AND installation: wraps, vinyl graphics, tint, PPF, and boat graphics, on
professional equipment.

Advancement is documented — certified skills mean scheduled raises: start at $20–$26/hr with a path toward the senior band of $24–$32/hr.

We hire attitude and build the rest. Performance bonus program after your first year.

Faceboo We’re growing — Autostripe Group is hiring a Vinyl Graphics, Wrap & Tint Installer in Winnipeg!
We’re the team behind the wraps, tint, boat numbers, and paint protection you see rolling around Manitoba and Lake of the Woods.

The work is hands-on, the shop is fast-paced and positive, and we train our people properly
— a real academy with certification levels, not “figure it out.”

Experience with vinyl, tint, or PPF is a big plus, but we’ll build the right person from scratch.

Real numbers: juniors start $20–$26/hr and certified seniors earn $24–$32/hr

The path between them is written down, trained and paid for. After your first year, there’s a performance bonus program on top.
