We want all of our customers to feel like they are welcomed and appreciated with our VIP service. VIP L**e is a super fast oil change experience, which is all done in about 15 minutes or less, where we emphasize the importance of old school values. We want to treat the customer like a VIP. Our company culture is EVERYONE is treated like a VIP: our customers, team members, franchise partners, and suppliers. The world is so busy running around and everything is so impersonal that we make sure to offer a place where you know that you will receive the best price, great service and be treated with genuine respect. Good service never gets old and old values matter to us at VIP L**e. We want people to see that old values, honesty and integrity are still possible. We are in the business to service vehicles but want to add value at every step. At its heart VIP is a platform for doing good. We take pride in our company’s values to take care of our staff and franchisees, they in turn will take care of you, our customer and our business will take care of itself. The power of treating people with respect and care is infectious, and a positive attitude is something you will always find here. But ultimately we are here to help take care of your car. Every Car is a VIP and treated the same, getting the same quality work and inspection as the next. Each vehicle is treated with great pride and respect. We can take care of all your basic maintenance needs and our work and services are warranty approved. So bring it by and give VIP a try! Giving back to Very Important People
Every VIP L**e store selects a cause or charity that they are passionate about helping within their community. They personally believe in and help volunteer at events supporting their cause. Once a year when every VIP L**e participates in the annual “VIP’s Giving Back”, our fundraising campaign, all proceeds will be donated to that store’s cause. For each store to give back right now and Locally we have created THE VIP Club – This free membership gives you our VIP pricing, no need for looking for coupons or wondering if there is a better deal available. Our membership will provide other offers and deals at many other amazing Canadian companies as we grow and expand our business.
