Some race nights are bigger than trophies. ❤️🏁

Mike and his amazing wife Kim are a huge part of why Paxton races today. It all started when Paxton joined Mike’s team as a pit crew member. Before long, he got behind the wheel himself… and the rest is history.

Last year, Mike showed up at the track completely surprising Paxton. And in true Paxton fashion, he turned around like it was just another normal day and said:
“Oh, hi Mike.” 😂

But from the moment the green flag dropped, something special happened.

That night, Paxton absolutely drove the wheels off both cars. Mike had the honor of dropping the green flag for Paxton’s Future Stock race… and Paxton went on to take home FIRST PLACE in BOTH classes!! 🏆🏆

That’s what magical race nights look like.
The people. The memories. The moments that become part of your story forever.

We’ll never forget this one. 💙💛🏁

Day 5 – BOUNCE BACK 💙🏁

Yep… that’s an ER bed.

Without a doubt, the scariest race night of the season for me as a mom.

Paxton raced hard that night and took a few good bumps on the track. After the race, something didn’t feel right. He started losing feeling in his legs… and then it slowly started moving upwards.

Everything after that became a blur.

But in the middle of all the fear and chaos, some true heroes stepped up. Bruce (Head of Safety), Allen (our announcer), and Heidi (medic) all jumped in without hesitation and worked together to lift my not-so-light Paxton out of the ambulance and into my car so we could get him where he needed to be even faster.

I will never forget that. Ever. ❤️

The racing community showed up huge that night, and I don’t think people truly realize how much those messages, check-ins, prayers, and support meant to us in those moments.

After a lot of testing, we learned this was connected to random side effects similar to an autoimmune response — something Paxton thankfully does NOT have — but it was terrifying in the moment nonetheless.

And somehow… this kid bounced back stronger than ever. 💪

That’s who Paxton is.
Tough. Determined. Resilient.

We’re beyond grateful things turned out the way they did, and let’s just say… we’re REALLY hoping for a much calmer 2026 season. 😅🏁

Day 6 – FIRST PODIUM 🏁🔥

Opening night of the season and Paxton shocked us all…

3RD PLACE in a brand new class.
2ND PLACE in Mini Cups.

BOTH classes.
BOTH podiums.

And honestly? We will absolutely take it!! 💪

After an entire previous season without seeing the podium once, this night meant EVERYTHING. All the hard work, the frustration, the learning, the late nights in the shop, and the determination to keep showing up finally started paying off.

That’s the thing about racing — sometimes progress doesn’t show up right away. But if you keep grinding, keep learning, and keep believing… eventually the results come.

And this was just the beginning. 👊

Now we’re ready to fill the camera roll with even MORE podium photos in the 2026 season! 📸🏆

Day 7 – LEARNING MOMENT 🏁💙

Sometimes on the track, you make the best decision you can in the moment.

You’re still a kid.
Still learning.
Still growing.
And you’re strapped into a machine going FAST while trying to figure it all out lap by lap.

Sometimes those choices work out… and sometimes they don’t.

But the real lesson comes after the checkered flag.

When things didn’t go the way we hoped, Paxton did what matters most — he respectfully took his correct place on the podium, apologized, and hugged it out with his Shake & Bake buddy. 🤝

Because at the end of the day, the relationships built at the track mean way more than where you park the car after the race is over.

That’s the kind of stuff that matters.
The lessons.
The respect.
The friendships growing between teammates who battle hard and still have each other’s backs after the helmets come off.

And honestly… we’re pretty blessed to watch these connections grow year after year. 💪❤️

Day 8 – CLOSE BATTLE 🏁🔥

Probably the hardest race night of the entire season… for reasons we don’t even need to get into.

The frustration.
The disappointment.
The feeling of knowing how hard we fought, just to walk away carrying that weight home with us.

Some nights in racing stay with you forever — and this was one of them.

But that’s racing.
You either let it break you… or you use it as fuel.

New season. Clean slate.
We can’t keep looking in the rearview mirror at the things that happened or the moments that tried to slow us down. The only direction now is FORWARD.

Head down.
Foot in it.
Keep pushing toward the end goal. 💪

Because Fast Track Racing was never built to quit when things get hard. We were built for the fight.

The Fast Track family loved Kyle Busch, he was our favourite for sure!

One of racing’s greats. Talented, fearless, loud when he needed to be — and sometimes even when he didn’t need to be. But that’s what made him who he was. He never hid his passion, never backed down from an opinion, and never pretended to be anything other than himself. Honestly… a little bit like our own driver.

This loss is heartbreaking and leaves a hole in the racing community that simply can’t be filled. Racing is a family, and currently that family is hurting.

We’re sending all of our thoughts, prayers, and love to his family, friends, team, and everyone who knew and loved him as they navigate this unimaginable loss.

Rest easy, legend. The track won’t be the same without you.

The long days.

DAY 10 – FUN MOMENT

The countdown continues… 14 Days of Racing 🏁
Rolling into Day 10 💥

Final race day…
You’d think it’s all focus, nerves, and race mode.
But not this crew 😄

In between it all, the helmets came off…
the pressure disappeared…
and suddenly it turned into an all-out water fight 💦😂

Drivers, friends, competitors—none of it mattered in that moment.
Just a bunch of kids having fun, laughing, and soaking each other.

That’s what makes this whole thing special.

Yeah, they compete hard on the track…
but off it? It’s friendships, memories, and moments like this.

DAY 11 – FIRST BIG PASS

The countdown continues… 14 Days of Racing 🏁
We’re rolling into Day 11 💥

When Paxton first stepped into Future Stocks, those tight battles had us on the edge of our seats 😅

But now?
He’s not just out there—he’s competing.

More confident.
More dialed in.

Starting to push himself and take his space on the track.

Day 12 – FIX IT 🔧🔥

The countdown keeps rolling… and today is all about the part nobody really sees — the never-ending repairs.

Racing isn’t just what happens on the track. It’s the late nights, the sanding, the fixing, the “well… that broke too” moments. It’s showing up again and again and putting in the work no matter what.

And honestly? One of the best parts now… Paxton’s old enough that he doesn’t just watch anymore — he’s in it with us. Learning, helping, getting his hands dirty, and understanding what it really takes.

Broken today. Stronger tomorrow. That’s how we race. 💪🏁

2026 season kickoff 🏁☀️

First day back on the track and it was exactly what we needed. No crowds, no pressure — just sunshine, fresh laps, Hannah Montana playing “This Is The Life,” and pure grassroots racing therapy 💛

Nothing beats watching the kids shake the rust off, build confidence, and fall right back in love with the track. Here’s to a season full of memories, growth, and fast laps 🏎️🔥
