Crew Chief • Dad • Professional "It'll Be Fine" Guy

Every race team has a Crew Chief. Fast Track Racing has Ryan.

If something breaks, Ryan fixes it.
If something rattles, Ryan tightens it.
If something falls off... well, it probably wasn't that important anyway. 😆

As Crew Chief of the #12 Fast Track Racing machine, Ryan spends countless hours turning wrenches, solving problems, and occasionally explaining why race car parts cost more than groceries.

On race day, he's the guy making the calls, keeping the team organized, and making sure Paxton has the best car possible when it's time to hit the track.

When he's not in the pits, he's busy being Dad—the original sponsor, chauffeur, mechanic, motivational speaker, and ATM of Fast Track Racing.

Some nights you cruise to victory.

This wasn't one of those nights.

From the green flag to the checkered, Paxton led the way—but man, did he have to earn it. Every lap was a battle. Every restart was a fight. And when the pressure was on? He dug deep and got it done.
