Its that time of week for another meet the employee Monday. This week are celebrating Nathan Green, (N8 G). Nate has been with us since nearly the beginning, 8 years. Nathan and James met when Nate was a co-op student from Banting Memorial High-school in Alliston. James was then a Service manager at Eurohaus Auto Service. Our expectations were low, considering, the experience we had with previous co-op students from that school. We decided to put Nate on a job that no one really wanted to do. A heater core on a MK3 VW Jetta, that we had for sale. There was no real rush, as we were busy, and this job, was a back burner that no one wanted to do. We figured let's keep him busy and out of our way, for a few days. That afternoon the vehicle was running with a brand new heater core installed. No missing parts, or hardware. That is a hefty repair for even the most seasoned technicians, and rookie Nate, made it look easy. Fast forward 13 years later, Nate is James right hand man, he is our lead tech, he is the most honest, caring, LOYAL and effective employee we have. Nate is the future of JJ Automotive Insight . But is certain to be successful at whatever he chooses to do. He the Shop Forman, lead tech, or right hand man, and the best thing thats happened to JJ Automotive Insight. If you've had your vehicle serviced or repaired here, chances are Nate was working on your vehicle. Nate can be seen driving around town in his 2004 Audi S4, sometimes, Nate hits his head in the morning, and can be seen driving his 2002 Ford F-350. Show Nate some love when you see him. Its that time of week for another meet the employee Monday. This week is our most popular employee this time of year . Sofie Bennett (Scialdone) the Detailer. She's known for making old and not so tidy cars into looking brand new. She is so much more to us than just our Detailer. She's single handedly responsible for our art work on the north side of our building. She also designs and executes imagery for our social media campaigns, she keeps our office and customer lounge organized and sparkling. When she's not cleaning up and being artistically creative, she shadows our techs learning as much as she can about servicing and repairing vehicles, and doesn't hesitate to give a hand whenever necessary. She has great work ethic and a super positive attitude. She is destined to be very successful at whatever she plans as a future career. But for now, we appreciate and enjoy the time she spends here with us at JJ Automotive Insight . You can find Sofie driving around town in her 2009 Toyota Corolla. Show her some love when you see her. We love you Sofie. Thanks for being you.

Its time to play another round of meet the employee Monday. This time we are starting straight at the top. One of the J's in JJ Automotive Insight . Meet Jack Maciejowski , co-owner, partner, best friend of James Arnold . Jack was born in Sanok Poland, immigrated to Canada in 1990. He and James met in high school, both sharing a passion for fast cars. His first car was 1997 Pontiac Sundire GTO. Jack has had a long list of beautiful cars in his time, but currently can be found driving around in his seasonal 2008 Audi A8L, or if the suns out, you might catch him in his 2009 Audi TT convertable. His daily driver is a 2016 Lexus RX350. Jack is employed full time as Production Manager of Bombardier, he plays a major roll in the production of some of the newest and latest and greatest in modern day aircrafts. He spends his weekend here in Wasga Beach, working behind the scenes to make sure JJ Automotive Insight Ltd, runs flawlessly, and effectively. Jack's is responsible for many business dealings and is our greatest supporter. We would not be here, if it wasn't for Jack. Show Jack some love when you see him. We love you Jack.

We are going to be doing a meet the employee Monday, for the next few weeks. Its been awhile, and some of the staff has changes since the last time, so time to get everyone updated on current JJ Automotive Insight staff.
Let's kick things off with Jordana Bennett . Jordana has been with us for the last 4 years, starting out as our detailer, she transitioned to office assistant and is a valuable part of our team. She keeps our records in check, she makes sure we are not being overcharged, or double charged by suppliers and business arrangements, she does not take no for an answer. She ensures our staff is being trained and up to date on licencing, training etc. But, more than that she exhibits critical thinking, and is a huge team player.
She's traveled the world, but now resides in Tiny township. When you see Jordana show her some love. You can catch her driving around town in her VW Tiguan.
PS. She even keeps the owners in check. That's why she's the "boss". We love you Jordana. Thanks for being a part of our team.
