Whether she’s helping customers at the front counter, coordinating appointments, answering questions, or sharing what we’re up to on social media, Renée is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and showcasing what makes Rough Ride Automotive different. Her creativity, organization, and positive attitude help keep both our front office and marketing running smoothly.

Meet Jaiden! As one of our Automotive Technician apprentices, Jaiden plays an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. Whether he’s performing maintenance, diagnosing concerns, or completing repairs, he takes pride in doing every job with care and precision.
Jaiden is passionate about learning, growing his skills, and staying up to date with the latest automotive technology. His attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure every vehicle leaves our shop repaired right the first time.
