This is for proven closers who want to build and lead their own crew in subprime auto.

What you get:
- Uncapped commission — strong leaders realistically do $150K–$300K+ in year one. What you and your team sell is what you make.
- Daily inbound leads for you and your team.
- Real inventory, real lender relationships, real approval rates.
- You hire, coach, and run your team your way. We handle the finance office.

What you need:
- A track record — you've closed deals in automotive (subprime is a big plus).
- You've led salespeople before, formally or not.
- Valid VSA salesperson licence.
- Willing to sell, cold call, and lead from the front.
