Feature 19th-11th

Our on track luck finally turned but our drawing still needs work. Just glad to have avoided all the carnage and survived the over aggressive driving. Finally a night where the car goes back in the trailer relatively unscathed. We will take that and build on it.

12 August ‘26 Results from Thunder City Speedway

Heat 6th-9th

After the extensive rebuild from last weeks incident, the car was undrivable. We went thru everything after the heat race and discovered the issue which was a quick fix. Unfortunately it started raining so never got the chance to run it again. Complete new show tonight but unfortunately we can’t be there for it. Loading the car in one piece ready to go for next week felt like a win after everything we’ve been thru the last 6 weeks.

Heat 8th-8th
Was making a clean pass and got driven into toe’ing us in 2”.  Car would not turn after that.

Bmain 6th-2nd

Feature 24th-DNF
Our awesome luck continues. Caught up in others mess on a restart and slammed into from behind. Hopefully drivers start figuring out that when you’re racing in the back for $70 it’s not the win for the Daytona 500. Not proud of how I reacted on the track, but what was on display is a lot of heartache, frustration and financial loss. 

Special thanks again to Mark Earl for giving us the opportunity to be out there. That engine was incredible. Hopefully we get to try it out again before the season is over.

It’s raceday at Thunder City Speedway and thanks to Mark Earl at Superior Driveline we will be racing. We removed the engine last Thursday and it was grenaded bad. Mark put his engine in our car so we can finish the season. We are beyond grateful and humbled.

Special thanks to Mark, Dawn Ann and Keith LaPlante for finishing the install on Monday.

First off, thank you so much to the Schutte family for the extra $100 to every driver thru the gate. Then they outdid themselves by delivering food to every hauler while we were doing meet the drivers on the track surface. Thank you so much!
