2025 Audi SQ5 β No Power / No Start β‘οΈπ§
Vehicle exhibited a complete no-start condition due to loss of front low-voltage power distribution, resulting in multiple control modules remaining offline and preventing normal vehicle operation.
A complex electrical diagnosis from start to finish.
After verifying the customerβs concern, we found a complete loss of front low-voltage power distribution with multiple control modules offline and 102 DTCs stored.
We performed manufacturer-guided circuit testing, power & ground checks, voltage-drop testing, continuity checks, point-to-point wiring inspection, and oscilloscope analysis of the communication network.
After eliminating wiring, power, ground, and communication faults, the Low Voltage Power Supply Control Module was confirmed as the root cause.
