2025 Mitsubishi Outlander – All Keys Lost

This vehicle came straight from auction after an accident. Initially, several modules were not communicating due to electrical damage from the collision. After completing the necessary electrical repairs, communication was fully restored.

The 2025 Mitsubishi platform normally requires the Mitsubishi MUT dealer tool for key programming. However, Mitsubishi currently restricts access for many independent locksmiths and repair shops in Canada.

Despite the challenge, we successfully programmed a new key and got the vehicle back on the road—without relying on dealership services.

2012 Jaguar XF – No Start Issue Repaired
Vehicle would not start. After professional diagnostics, we found the Front BCM data was corrupted, most commonly caused by a low battery.
