Our annual elections will be held October 19th at 7pm at the Travelodge Hotel in Saskatoon (Hercules room, 106 Circle Drive W)

Please attend to let your name stand for vacant positions, recap the 2026 season and stay up to date on club information.

You must have a valid 2026 membership to attend and vote. If you have any questions please reach out

Banquet tickets will also be available for purchase from Brennan Kirton on the day.

Vacant executive positions up for election are:
-1 Director (3 year term)
-Vice President (2 year term)
-Treasurer (1 Year Term)
-Secretary (2 year term)
-Marketing/Advertising Chair (2 year term)
-Fanside Chair (2 year term)
-Fundraising/Jr Racing Chair (2 year term)
-5 Jr Chair positions (1 year terms)

Max wrapped up his season in the K&K Hauling & Salvage Bandolero division with 12 heat/qualifier race wins and 3 feature race wins for 280 points en route to his 2nd Bandolero championship! (2024 & 2026)

We hope everyone is able to spend some quality time with family and friends this weekend, whether that be around the dinner table or at the race track.

We are thankful for all of our drivers, teams, volunteers, staff and race fans for supporting each other and making our racing family a tight knit community.

Our annual awards banquet this year will be November 7th at the Travelodge in Saskatoon (106 Circle Drive North).

We invite all of our drivers, teams, volunteers, or anyone who would like to attend to come out and celebrate our champions and look back on a successful 2026 race season!

Cocktails begin at 5:30pm
Dinner at 6:30pm

Our season closing work party is scheduled for TOMORROW, October 3rd at 10am. Please bring gloves, drills, side cutters, impacts, drill bits, w**d whackers, socket kits, knives, sawsall w/ wood blades etc. to do necessary tasks.

There is lots to do to get the track ready for winter! Please attend if you are able to.
